Concept of Library 2.0

Library 2.0 is a concept of interactive library services in the digital age using web 2.0 technologies. Typical examples include: offering virtual reference services using IM and Chat softwares, networking with patrons using forums and blogs, promoting use of library resources through interactive web OPACs, etc.
